I am so glad you are here! Since this is your first time, I'd like to give you a special welcome. I've created this streamlined process of booking your hair appointment that's meant to eliminate the stress of booking!
At your first appointment, I want you to feel comfortable and at home, so we will have a thorough consultation where we talk about your hair goals.

The process starts with choosing which package best fits with your hair goals.
Once you request an appointment online, we'll email you asking to fill out a questionnaire so we can get a better sense of your personal hair concerns and what you're dreaming of.
Once you arrive at the salon, Katlyn will meet you in her salon suite.
After you arrive, we will start your consultation. We'll go over what you answered in your questionnaire along with your hair inspo photos and hair history.
After we go over all of your hair concerns and questions, if you feel comfortable with our plan, we'll go ahead and get started working some
hair magic!
We'll wrap up your appointment with some tips and product recommendations so you can go home with a hair care plan in place.
