Having trouble picking out the perfect hairstyle for your wedding? There are many factors to consider from hair length, necklines of dresses, how much skin you want exposed, to what kind of style you even want to go with! All of these things can affect your decisions on which hairstyle to pick! If you are not sure what wedding hairstyle you want, you have come to the right place!

If you have a dress with a lacy back or neckline, you may want to go with an updo! Updo’s are a classic wedding style with endless possibilities. This style will also keep the hair out of your face and may keep the back of your neck cool if there’s warm weather. If you ever want to mix it up, you can also take some of your hair down and turn it into a half up half down style! That’s what I call a 2-in-1!

If you want part of your dress showing, but not necessarily all of your hair up, a side braid is always another fun, versatile option! This still shows off the back of your dress and keeps the hair out of your face. You can also add some accessories to your braid to create even more of a “wow” factor! Fun fact: these boho braids are my FAVE!

Some brides may not want to show off their back or have a fancy back of the dress, and that’s okay too! Down styles can create an effortlessly romantic wedding day look for any bride. There are gorgeous down styles for that too, such as hollywood glam waves, a long half up half down, or even some beach waves! 

Whichever style you choose, make sure you feel comfortable with it at your trial appointment. If there is something you want to change, let your stylist know! My goal, as well as other stylists, is to have you looking and feeling your best on your special day!
